Our service is as an online application service provider used to facilitate the Travel Documentation process. Our agents assist in obtaining your TTP from the Government which we then provide to you. In addition we may contact you by email or phone for additional information in order to process the request.

Upon completing the application form provided on our website, your request for a travel authorization document will be submitted after an immigration expert review. Your travel document application is subject to approval from the Government. In a few days your application will be processed. However, if any details have been entered incorrectly or are incomplete, your application may be delayed.

Prior to making payment for the travel authorization, you will have an opportunity to review all the details you have provided on your screen and make changes if necessary. If you have made an error, it is important that you correct it before proceeding. Once you have confirmed the details, you will be prompted to enter your credit card details for our service charge.

By purchasing our services you are agreeing to be bound to our Merchant of Record, that assumes an array of administrative responsibilities and is held liable as the financial institution that processes the applicant’s payment(s) that goes through this website, including tax, compliance risk, invoicing, refunds requests or any dispute. Global Traveler only applies to travel documents by receiving the applicant’s information. Consequently, all application results are authorized by the Government, therefore Global Traveler cannot be held responsible for the visa application result.

Global Traveler will not take responsibility for any TTP applications and results, achieved through providing false information by the client or by error.

Global Traveler is only responsible for verifying that all documentation has been provided and for correcting the document’s format as required by the government before the application is submitted. Global Traveler is not responsible for the documentation data, such as name, passport number, city of birth, etc.

Temporal Suspension of Service

This website may temporary suspend its service, providing advanced notice to members in any of the following cases:

The offered services cannot be provided due to unexpected electricity failure or fire.

Services cannot be continued due to natural disasters such as earthquake, flood, tidal waves etc.

Suspension of the service is required due to system management changes, updates, technical difficulties or other reasons.

Standard or urgent maintenance of the systems is required.

Services cannot be maintained due to public disturbance, riot, war, labor dispute etc.

We are not related to any government agency and cannot affect the outcome of your membership application or the lead times of the process once your application is submitted. We offer paid assistance in addition to services offered by the government. The travel documents processing time is with the government, we cannot affect or expedite application time.

Our service fee are USD 180,00 and in addition to our fee, you will charged plus for the Government Fee of your process (Global Entry or TSA).
